Who We Are

Thieves Guild is more than just a taproom; it is a haven where everyone is welcomed and celebrated. Our mission is to provide a "third place" - a sanctuary between home and work - where you can feel both at ease and extraordinary. We strive to create an atmosphere where every patron can embrace their inner hero, weaving their own unique story within the tapestry of Thieves Guild Cidery.

Our Ciders

Thieves Guild Cidery is a full-service microcidery and brewpub with an extensive list of rotating hard ciders on draft that we make in-house. Our primary style will be modern ciders focusing on local ingredients. They will range the spectrum from bone-dry to sweet, delicate to incredibly complex. Aside from our seasonal ciders, we’ll have the occasional sparkling mead and guest taps with local craft beer.

Food

You can expect a selection of savory pastries and hefty meat and cheese boards at Thieves Guild. We’ll also have house specialties like candied bacon bouquets on weekend nights. Thieves Guild will have casual but extremely hearty tavern fare available so adventurers can tuck into a table all night.

Experience

Thieves Guild has a cozy, eclectic tavern ambiance, perfect for sharing stories or playing games. Generally, you’ll encounter one of two atmospheres here. It may be the airy daytime tavern or the after-dark Den of Thieves, where specialty drink experiences and all manner of surprises come forth from the shadows.

You can also expect monthly evening events like Dungeons & Dragons battle royales, tabletop tournaments, and everything else the tavernkeep brings in.
